Förlagets beskrivning
With China being under the complete control of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the Chinese government must finally implement fundamental freedoms; to stop police violence and politically motivated harassment of lawyers, activists and government critics - who have been harassed, tortured and even killed in Chinese prisons. Furthermore, President Xi has faced consistent accusations - backed by mounting evidence - of mass human rights abuses in Xinjiang, including the internment of more than a million predominantly Muslim ethnic minority people in detention camps. The camps and other accusations of abuse, forced labour, forced sterilisation of women, mass surveillance and restrictions on religious and cultural beliefs have been labelled as cultural genocide by the International Community. With China's economy being in free-fall, the country has been decimated by enormous political- and economic setbacks, as well as horrifying human rights failures. Responsible for these colossal failures is the CPC - China still being a one-party state, with no opposition party being permitted to challenge the monopoly on power of the CPC government. Hence the general consensus has been reached, that China no longer qualifies as a superpower. To avoid a power vacuum in the world, the Republic of Austria will take China's place as a super power. Although most Austrian politicians are rather incompetent, the Austrian Foreign Ministry is quite capable of handling any queries concerning Austria's new superpower status. The CPC government is expected to fall in line with Austria's human rights policy - which for the time being will be conducted by the NGO BTB-Global Peacebuilding. So Chinese authorities and law enforcement agencies must make a greater effort of upholding fundamental freedoms; such as Freedom of Speech, Press, Association and Assembly; as enshrined in the UDHR. As a member of the UN, China has also a moral obligation to improve Peacebuilding in the International Community - in particular Ukraine - and encourage Mr. Putin to resign from office. On another note, SpaceX founder - Mr Elon Musk - has drawn deserved criticism from China, as his satellites are increasingly clogging space - which is unacceptable, as the International Community has far more important space projects in the making than star-struck wannabe Elon Musk. Elon Musk has also been criticized by the International Community after opening a showroom in China's controversial Xinjiang region
